McCann Acquires Employee Engagement Agency Synergy Creative

We are excited to announce that we have acquired Synergy Creative, one of Europe’s leading employee engagement agencies, broadening our employee engagement and organisational culture capabilities.

Renowned for industry-leading employee communications and engagement, Synergy was founded in 2006 and was recently named ‘The UK’s Best Agency’ by the Institute of Internal Communications and ‘Marketing Agency of the Year’ by The Drum. Synergy’s 40-strong team will continue to operate out of Bristol and London under the name ‘McCann Synergy’.

This is a really exciting development for us, the Synergy team and for our clients who will have access to truly joined-up employee and customer experiences within our unique integrated model.

Both Synergy and McCann are aligned in being ideas-first, creative, strategic and entrepreneurial business and we’re really looking forward to the opportunities that this partnership will bring.
